Namsan Tower is
located outside Itaewon, but you can enjoy the beautiful view of the tower just

Station and follow the wooden stairs to the Grand Hyatt for amazing views

Museum

owned and managed by the Samsung Foundation of Culture, has two main sections
designed by different architects. On one side, you will find traditional Korean
pottery, jewelry, paintings and calligraphy. The other side is filled with
contemporary art from many artists, both international and local artists. This
museum is an interesting place to spend a few hours hunting photos!

Furniture Complex
Itaewon is full of
unique antique shops, thanks to its interesting history as a base of American
troops after World War II. Because so many US troops are stationed near Yongsan
Garrison, they have become accustomed to selling all their furniture and
possessions here before returning to America. Now, you can find all kinds of
Asian and European antiques hidden in this small shop lined the street.

Every fall, the Itaewon
Global Village Festival is held in the Itaewon Tourist Special Zone. This
festival is an interesting event to celebrate Korean and international culture
that you definitely don't want to miss. This event is usually held in the
second week of October, but make sure you check the exact date before planning
your trip. The festival involves a parade by more than 800 participants,
cultural fashion shows, various street performances and artists, free concerts,
food stalls, and many more!
