Pembicaraan tersebut berlangsung selama 20 menit dari pukul 15.25 sore. Mengawali perbincangannya, Presiden Joko Widodo menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan rasa senang atas kemenangan partai berkuasa dalam pemilu di Republik Korea.
