Mount Seorak is the highest peak of the
Taebaek Mountain Range (태백 산맥),
located in Gangwon province, eastern South Korea. Mount Seorak is also called

Mount Seorak is the 3rd highest mountain
in South Korea after Mount Halla on Jeju Island and Mount Jiri in South
Gyeongsang. Of the 30 peaks, the highest is Daecheongbong (대청봉)

rocky mountains.
