Eomuk Soup / Eomukguk Typical South Korean Winter Cuisine that you must try!

Eomukguk or eomuk soup is one of the warm foods originating from Korea and can make your winter season in Korea special. If you are a Korean drama lover, you must be familiar with this dish because usually Eomuk or Eomuk Soup is often featured in Korean dramas. Eomuk soup or Emouk Guk is a soup consisting of fish cakes or fish cakes that have various shapes and sizes. Doused using a warm, refreshing sauce and sprinkled with green onions on top. Materials that must be prepared:

12 fish balls, 350 ml of broth, 350 ml of water, 1/2 cloves of onion, 200 g of white radish, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt to taste.

The steps you have to do:

1. Prepare a variety of fish balls that you like. I use Fish Ball, Fried Seafood Tofu, Salmon Roll, Fried Fish Cake. Also prepare the broth.

2. Arrange the Fish Ball on the skewers.

3. Boil Broth, Water, Salt Soy Sauce and Radish and Onions for about 10 minutes. Add Pepper if desired. Then filter it.

4. Boil again the filtered Broth in step 3 with the Fish Ball. Boil for about 10 minutes.

5. Enjoy Eomukguk while Hot with friends, don't forget to add the Yangnyeomjang sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!
