First time trying 냉면 (NaengMyeon) Cold noodles from South Korea was a surprise

 

Who here likes South Korea? I'm sure everyone likes South Korea, be it k-pop, k-drama, k-beauty, content and of course K-Food, it's not complete if you like Korea but have never eaten typical Korean food and many different types of food. can you try to feel how delicious Korean food is.

One of the Korean foods that surprised me was 냉면 (NaengMyeon) or cold noodles from Korea, because as we all know that noodles are more delicious to eat when it's hot, but how does it feel if the noodles we should eat are hot but we eat cold?

This is where the sensation when you try this food, maybe a lot of people think that it tastes very strange and maybe we are not interested in eating it, I have never thought like that, but I suggest you should immediately fruit far away from that thought, because this is an experience I want to share. The first time you eat these noodles into your mouth, the noodle of the sauce is cold but with a very strong extra spice plus egg and some spices, moreover with a different type of noodle that is chewier and thinner than normal noodles, and the taste is very very delicious! Noodles with cold soup and a strong flavor of spices add this food to the Korean food list that I like.

If you come to a Korean restaurant or when you go on vacation to Korea, don't forget to eat this Korean specialty! It feels so beyond what you think. It tastes really good!

Silhak movement in the Joseon Dynasty in South Korea

Since the beginning of the 17th century, a movement that advocated Silhak, or learning about practical matters, gained considerable momentum among liberal-minded scholars as a tool for building a modern nation. They strongly advocate for improvements in agriculture and industry, in line with comprehensive reforms in terms of land distribution.
