Here are three wellness tours that you must visit in South Korea:

Herb Island Herb Healing Center

At the Herbal Healing Center on Herba Island, visitors can experience various herbal effects firsthand. The herb itself is a typical Korean spice that is used as a cooking ingredient, medicine, and cosmetic ingredient.

By visiting this place, tourists will be invited to do various activities to make candles and soap. Visitors can also try herbal therapy by soaking their feet in spiced water which can improve mood and relax the body.

While soaking the feet, tourists will be served herbal tea which is a mixture of 14 herbs that relaxes the body and improves blood circulation by releasing toxins.

Donguibogam Village

This resort, which is located in the Gunun Wansan area, has a variety of interesting activities. One of the most popular among tourists is doing Korean traditional medicine which is believed to slow down the aging process.

In addition, tourists usually come to practice or meditate near the rocks, do gymnastics, and participate in the experience of the anti-aging program. If you have the opportunity to try this activity, you can feel the energy from these stones. Donguijeon was built after Gyeongbukgung Palace. There, visitors can admire Mount Jirisan while reclining and recovering on a hot bed made of hundreds of yellow clay. Visitors can also taste traditional Korean herbal teas and make fragrances with a mixture of angelica root, ginger, dried cloves, mint, and other ingredients.
