K-Pop Cover Dance Festival 2022 competition is held offline again by Korean Cultural Center Indonesia

 

On Saturday 30 July 2021 the Korean Cultural Center Indonesia held a K-Pop Cover Dance Festival competition, the 2022 K-Pop Cover Dance Festival (KCDF) was held offline (by implementing the Covid-19 health protocol). This international competition will show the ability of cover groups from Indonesia, this event is held at the lotte shopping avenue Jakarta.

Before the event started, "Kim Yong Woon" as the Director of the Korean Cultural Center Indonesia admitted that he appreciated the participants who had given extraordinary performances. Dan responded to the holding of this event, “The pandemic did not stop Hallyu fans, they continued to train themselves and their talents, especially in the field of K-Pop dance. We can see the enthusiasm of the participants who perform later today."

The K-Pop Cover Dance Festival competition event was attended by 12 cover dance groups from various cities in Indonesia by performing passionate dances and different songs from each group, the participants were from various age groups from the youngest age of 12 years, all participants and groups that appear to encourage each other to give the best performance on stage.

Several visitors who attended this event were very happy and felt entertained after last 2021 this event was held online and in 2022 the event was held offline, this has a positive impact for the future that the current situation has improved quite a lot, some visitors also attending this event gave a positive response, according to them, events like this are what Korean fans have been waiting for, especially in the field of Halyyu K-pop, hopefully next month or next year there will be more Hallyu-themed events like this.

Silhak movement in the Joseon Dynasty in South Korea

Since the beginning of the 17th century, a movement that advocated Silhak, or learning about practical matters, gained considerable momentum among liberal-minded scholars as a tool for building a modern nation. They strongly advocate for improvements in agriculture and industry, in line with comprehensive reforms in terms of land distribution.
