Korea Culture Day with Korean Cultural Center Indonesia With the Theme of K-FOOD The Experience of Making “Dosirak”

Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the Korean Cultural Center Indonesia holds routine
activities that are held every month. The theme for this August is Korean Food
by conducting dosirak-making experience activities. Before the event started,
the Korean Cultural Center Indonesia explained in advance what dosirak was. The
introduction of dosirak is done so that the participants who attend this event
can understand and know what dosirak.
Dosirak
is a packaged lunch served in a plastic or wooden container with or without a
partition. Dosirak is present at lunch to be consumed by those who work and
have activities outside the home or school children. Dosirak is usually eaten
at lunch. After half a day of activity, this time is used to replenish energy
in the body.
Dosirak
is basically a lunch box full of rice and Korean side dishes. Before eating,
sometimes this lunch box is stirred or shaken so that all the dishes in it can
be blended evenly. Some of the participants who took part in this activity gave
good and pleasant reviews.
