Korean cultural center indonesia Presents Online K-Beauty Themed Korean Look Dressing for Ripe and Hijab Woman

Can Korean look or makeup be applied to women with brown skin? The answer, of course you can. Korean Cultural Center Indonesia (KCCI) presented two discussions for the K-Beauty theme. This online format aired live in July 2020 through KCCI social media, namely Instagram and Facebook.

On July 6, 2020, KCCI raised the title "Let's Learn Korean Makeup Look for Mature Sawo Skin". In this event, invited Indonesian makeup artist @ makeupby.adina to show the steps to dress up to produce a Korean look for women with brown skin. It was stated that the key to Korean-style makeup is to make your face look healthy and shiny.

Some tips are presented, including related to the use of powder so it is not too matte, color selection and foundation tone, applying 'aegyo sal' for makeup under the eyes, to how to apply ombre lips (one of the characteristics of Korean-style makeup is the gradation of lipstick color on lips or ombre lips).

The next discussion is "Korean Makeup Look Tips for Hijab Women in the New Normal Era" which aired on July 10, 2020. For this title, tips are given by Indonesian makeup artist @rachelayu_mua. In this discussion shows Korean-style dressing styles that can be applied to women in hijab. In addition, tips are also given when wearing a mask so that makeup stays durable or does not fade when the mask is opened. Makeup for eyes and shining makeup is the focus of this discussion. It was said that his inspiration came from Pony, a famous makeup artist from Korea.

These K-Beauty tips and other online shows can be watched again on IGTV (@ KCC.ID) or the Korean Cultural Center Indonesia's YouTube channel (KCCIndonesia). Through this online event, KCCI hopes to be able to provide something useful for the audience, specifically for Hallyu fans in Indonesia, during the transition of the Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). Going forward, KCCI has prepared a variety of other themes to be presented in an online event format. Hopefully what is presented by KCCI through this online format can be a little treat longing for fans of Korean culture in Indonesia for a Hallyu-themed event.
