Two spas with different concepts, Sulwhasoo Flagship Store has two spas with different concepts. On the ground floor, visitors can find the “Sulwhasoo Spa,” which is a private and secluded space offering a luxurious anti-aging traditional Korean medicinal spa program. Sulwhasoo Balance Spa on the fourth floor overlooks the beautiful Dosan Garden and provides a more casual spa experience.

Sulwhasoo Spa excels because of its spa program, which contains ingredients and recipes of the brand. Special treatments made with traditional Korean ingredients such as jade, pumpkin, white porcelain and Jaum Balancing Complex balls enrich the spa effect and show the individuality of this facility. It also reinterprets traditional Korean medicine to revive the balance of the body and mind, and recharge oneself after a hectic daily life.

Story and Elegance, Sulwhasoo Spa's most popular program is the "Intense Ginseng Journey". This is an intensive anti-aging program that combines the energy of ginseng and Sulwhasoo techniques to revive youthful energy deep within the skin. It all starts with checking common beauty treatments and skin questions before choosing a scent.

Fragrance treatments that contain natural scents such as flowers, leaves, and trees soothe the five senses, body and soul. After washing the feet with red ginseng, quiet music is played in the room where the spa program begins. Next up is a gentle oil massage that treats the shoulders, neck and spine. The Sulwhasoo jade and cream applicator helps tired skin to repair itself and heal signs of skin aging. After the spa, visitors can visit the dressing room where they can use Sulwhasoo products and enjoy tea afterward.


The flagship store also introduced three new "Holistic Beauty Services" where visitors can try out the brand. "Holistic Tea Class" is about Sulwhasoo's collection of four teas, "Holistic Golden Eye Touch" ("Holistic Golden Eye Touch") talks about skin care methods for Gold Eye, Eye Serum and Cream applicators, and "Holistic Scent Touch" Holistic Scents ”) describes a shoulder, neck and ear stress treatment method using one of the brand's popular fragrances. Meticulous service from Sulwhasoo Spa, Sulwhasoo Spa provides ginseng scrub and red ginseng foot bath before entering the spa program. When you wash your feet in red ginseng water, the ginseng scrub will remove dead skin and offer comfort. Then continued with "Sulwhajeong Care." This stage uses Sulwhasoo's four fragrances, inspired by Korean traits, to relax the body [as a whole] and the mind.
