Meet with of the Korean National Assembly Parliament at the Korean cultural center in Indonesia

 

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the Korean Cultural Center in Indonesia became the venue for a meeting between the chairman of the delegation of the Korean National Assembly and lovers of Korean culture in Indonesia and several Indonesian influencers were also present at this event, representatives from the Korean National Assembly, "Yoon Hojung", The secretary general of the major parties in South Korea, namely "Seo Samseog" and accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Indonesia "Park Taesung" also attended this event.


The event was opened with the appearance of a cultural class held by the Indonesian Korean cultural center, namely the traditional Korean dance "buchaechum" and a taekwondo performance performed by children, and what surprised all the attendees at this event was that one of the younger taekwondo performers was biased. splitting stones by hand, this made all of us in the room quite surprised and amused by the appearance on display. Not only that, but there was an appearance from one of the winners of the "star star" contest which was also held by the Indonesian Korean cultural center, the winner of this contest named "ratu Aulia" who sang the ost song for the Korean drama, Descendants of the Sun.

This event has the theme "meeting with hallyu", the excitement of this event, all of us present at this event are free to give our views on the development of hallyu in Indonesia or want to hope what other collaborations Korea and Indonesia want to do, as representatives of the Korean National Assembly “yoon hojung” said that he was very happy that so many Indonesian people loved Korea, and felt that Korea and Indonesia had a closer relationship like siblings because indirectly there were many similarities between Korea and Indonesia.

With words like that, we invited guests are very touched and feel happy too because it is true that the relationship between Korea and Indonesia is getting closer and can continue to advance together, "yoon hojung" also added that basically Korea and Indonesia are the same countries that were once colonized. by the same colonizers, therefore we also believe that the progress of a country we can do together.

The number of invited guests who attended they were very happy and satisfied to have the opportunity to come to an event like this, we can see together that the hallyu wave is very strong and always has a positive impact on its fans, we all hope that in the future this relationship will continue to grow between the two countries of Indonesia and South Korea.
