Bulgogi Hot Pot / Bulgogi Jeongol, a food that can make you addicted when you try it, namely Bulgogi Hot Pot or better known as Bulgogi Jeongol. If maybe you are usually only familiar with ordinary bulgogi, then this winter you should try bulgogi jeongol or bulgogi that is placed in a hot pot. Served in a jeongol or in a hot pot, where the bulgogi is placed in the middle and then added with vegetables such as radishes, various types of mushrooms and vegetables and drizzled with a broth that will make your appetite!

This food is served for 5 to 6 people, the ingredients consist of:

500 grams of sliced ​​meat for suki

1 1/2 onions, sliced ​​slightly thick

1 medium carrot seed

1 head of garlic

5 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tsp mushroom broth

1 teaspoon pepper

200 ml soy sauce

1 large golden pear

3 tbsp sesame oil

1 pre onion cut oblique

1 packet of enoki mushrooms

1 Tofu is great silk

200 grams of dongmyeon


The steps to make it:

1. To marinate the meat: Blend finely each pear & garlic, then mix together to add soy sauce, onions, pepper, sesame oil, sugar. Enter the sliced ​​beef, let stand 30 minutes.

2. Cut oblique pre onion, cut the silk tofu to taste, soak the dongmyeon first until it's not stiff.

3. Cut the carrots, then sauté them until they're soft with the sesame oil and garlic

4. Heat the non-stick teflon. Enter the marinated meat earlier. Stir until it boils.

5. After boiling slightly, add the dongmyeon, enoki mushrooms, silk tofu, and carrots. Arranged on the side. Then in the middle of the pre onion taro.

6. Lower the heat to medium, let it boil while waiting for it to cook. If you think it's all cooked, stir it to 1. Check the taste, if it's still not enough, just add the mushroom broth.

7. Serve this meal with warm rice and kimchi.
