Making typical South Korean snacks, namely Kimchi Jeon and Subak HwaChae with KCC Indonesia

On Sunday 9 May 2021, The Korean cultural center Indonesia invited three honorary reporters to live on KCC's Instagram, making food, namely Kimchi Jeon and Subak HwaChae, this event was held at the KCC office with strict health protocols such as wearing masks, checking body temperature. and also must show a covid-19 vaccination certificate.

The first food we made was Jeon kimchi, at first we were all confused because this food looked foreign we had never heard of, and KCC also explained that this kimchi jeon is almost the same as PaJeon, which distinguishes the main ingredient here, of course, uses Kimchi, and KCC also explained that Kimchi is a typical Korean historical food, and of course Kimchi belongs to Korea.

The ingredients needed to make this dish are wheat flour, kimchi, leeks, water, and salt to taste, all the ingredients are mixed in one large container, then stir until everything is well blended, then prepare a heated and oiled pan. then enter the dough into the hot pan, wait until one side is cooked then turn it over for the ripening process on one side again. Once cooked, then serve it on a plate and ready to eat!

The second dish we made is Subak HwaChae, the ingredients needed are of course watermelon, liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk, then soft drinks, and several other mixed ingredients such as papaya fruit, melon fruit. And the way to make it is to cut all the fruit that has been prepared, cut into small pieces, after cutting, enter all the fruit into one container then add liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk, after that, add soft drinks, and don't forget to add ice cubes to make it fresher. After everything has been added, stir everything to be mixed and ready to be enjoyed.
